The name "Odin" is engraved on the front and back. Altar goblet with Odin's face on the front and back (Odin with eye patch), triple horn on the sides, there are Celtic patterns on the top and the foot. Odin, Wotan or also Wodan is the All-Father, so to speak the chief of the Aesir (Norse Gods). He is the father of Thor (thunder god), Heimdall, Vali, Widar, Balder, Hermod, Bragi and Hödur. To obtain knowledge and insight, he had to give an eye as a sacrifice in exchange for a sip from the well whose waters confer them. He also hung himself on the world ash tree Yggdrasil for 9 days and 9 nights, thus receiving the knowledge of the runes. The triple horn (three interlocking drinking horns) symbolises Odin and his quest for the magic mead.
